1. General
Bagadim is a peer-to-peer marketplace operating in Israel only. The platform connects buyers and sellers of second-hand clothing and fashion items. Bagadim acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for the items sold.

2. Eligibility
Users must be 18 years or older to use Bagadim. By creating an account you confirm you are a resident of Israel.
3. Buyer and Seller Responsibilities
Sellers are responsible for accurately describing their items, including condition, size and photos. Buyers are responsible for reading listings carefully before purchasing. Bagadim is not responsible for disputes between buyers and sellers.
4. Prohibited Items
The following items are strictly forbidden on Bagadim: counterfeit or fake branded items, stolen goods, items that violate Israeli law, adult content, weapons or dangerous items.
5. Commission and Fees
Bagadim charges a 5% buyer protection fee on every transaction plus a fixed fee. This fee is clearly shown at checkout before purchase.
6. Payments
All payments are processed securely through our payment provider. Money is held in escrow until the buyer confirms receipt of the item.
7. Shipping
Sellers are responsible for shipping items within 5 business days of a confirmed sale. Bagadim recommends using Israel Post services.
8. Returns and Disputes
If an item does not match its description, the buyer must contact support@bagadim.com within 48 hours of receiving the item. Bagadim will mediate disputes between buyers and sellers.
9. Account Termination
Bagadim reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban any user who violates these terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
